When Tiger and Jill opened Tradewind Investments in 1994 out of their living room, they had no idea then it would become a family legacy. Tiger and Jill are high school sweethearts, celebrating over 30 years of marriage and almost 30 years in business.
Jill and Tiger’s oldest daughter Jordan was born and raised in Las Vegas. Following in her parent’s footsteps, Jordan earned her real estate license during college. Jordan began helping her parents in the office at the age of 6 and has always had a desk in the office.

Jill helped create the Property Management laws in Nevada in the 1990’s to require property managers be separately educated, tested, and permitted. She established the National Association of Residential Property Managers(NARPM) chapter in Las Vegas. Jill loves art, painting, dachshunds and has seen Metallica 13 times in concert.

Fawn was born and raised in Las Vegas. Fawn’s family is what makes her the happiest, she has two grandchildren and another on the way. Fawn loves to cook and create new recipes. Tradewind is Fawn’s second family, and she is a dedicated maintenance manager answering her phone day and night. Fawn has been with Tradewind since 2006.
Family is not just an important thing, its everything.
KHRISTINA KNITOWSKI
Bookkeeper
California born, Las Vegas raised. Khristina is the mother to two amazing kids that keep her busy. Khristina is also a huge fan of the Las Vegas Golden Knights and the Dallas Cowboys. Khristina loves cooking, baking and trying new recipes. Khristina joined Tradewind in 2018.
